My husband and I have been toying with the idea of moving to Arizona
Arizona(air-i'-ZON-u')

The State of Arizona comprises the extreme south-western portion of the United States. It is bounded on the north by Utah, on the east by New Mexico, on the south by Mexico, and on the west by California and Nevada.

. I am attracted to the Bullhead city area, or Kingman. He has been steadily employed here in Illinois as a union carpenter for years, and the pay is over 30 dollars an hour with good benefits. We would be fools to give up a sure thing, I was wondering if anyone can tell us about employment opportunities in this area. Thankyou.

is not a strong one. From experience I can tell you a non union carpenter will top out at aprox 18.00/ hr. A lead man 20.00 and a foreman 22.00. Health benefits are far and few between and are pretty expensive when avaliable. You can pretty much forget the paid holidays, vacation and sick days. There are union jpbs out there but they are out of work more often than not.
