Hello... looking for some info if anyone can help. I'm currently in VT but looking into moving to AZ and going to the Arizona
Arizona(air-i'-ZON-u')

The State of Arizona comprises the extreme south-western portion of the United States. It is bounded on the north by Utah, on the east by New Mexico, on the south by Mexico, and on the west by California and Nevada.

School of Massage in Tempe. Anyone been to this school, know anyone that did, anything? :)
Thanks - julie

Hello Julie,
I attended Phoenix Therapeutic Massage College and have been practicing massage therapy in Tempe AZ for 3 yrs. It was a great school with 2 convenient locations and I really enjoyed attending. One of my co-workers attended the Arizona
Arizona(air-i'-ZON-u')

The State of Arizona comprises the extreme south-western portion of the United States. It is bounded on the north by Utah, on the east by New Mexico, on the south by Mexico, and on the west by California and Nevada.

School of Massage Therapy and also really enjoyed it. She has been practicing for almost a year now and is a moderately skilled therapist with many return clients, we trade therapies on a regular basis and our massages are very similar even with the different training we received. The only thing I can tell you that she found to be a draw back to the program, was the intro-length classes that contained many modalities of massage that she never would care to use in the future. At PTMC I had the same experience but there were fewer intro classes and they were focused on more widely used techniques(accupressure, oriental thereoy, pregnancy massage, etc.). I found those classes helpful in "broadening my horizons," (at the risk of sounding cheezy). Whichever school you choose to attend, good luck and have fun! Jena *<snip>
