Classic Italian has changed hands at least once, possibly more. The first time I went here must have been over three years ago. When I tried to revisit several months after that, the location had closed and apparently went out of business. I drove through that same complex only a few months ago and noticed them open for business. I had to find out what had happened.

So I checked it out several weeks ago, and apparently it was purchased shortly after closing. The restaurant was the same, with the same food and same name, but a different owner. But the food was great as I remember it. Oddly enough, the waitress that served us was someone that I knew from casa Romero before they closed down.

The inside is decorated nicely and very clean. They serve wood-fired pizza with a variety of toppings. It doesn't get much better than that. The prices are a little higher than most pizza restaurants, but the extra buck or two is worth the better food.
