Another over-rated and over-priced restaurant with so-so food. It's located in a fairly ritzy area, which doesn't help with the pricing. And even the staff seems uninterested in being very helpful. But I don't have only bad things to say about it -- Just mostly.

We stopped in one evening while working in the area, and were seated after a bit of a wait. The interior, as well as the outside, are very presentable and the atmosphere is relaxing even though it tends to be rather crowded.

My impression of the restaurant while dining was, "We're in a rich area and have lots of customers, so we don't care about your patronage." Okay, so maybe it wasn't that bad, but service is slow and indifferent. The food was only okay, and I had expected a lot more. Surprisingly, this restaurant remains packed during peak hours and I can't figure out why.

Houston's is located at 2425 E. Camelback Rd. in Phoenix.
