By the name and look of this restaurant, you'd almost expect it to be run
by mobsters (which I have not actually confirmed one way or the other).
Primo Italian Cuisine is a barely lit inside, very quiet, and extremely
relaxing; a very romantic restaurant to take that special someone.
We
were seated immediately when we entered, and they brought complimentary
garlic bread right to our table. We didn't do any research, and just happened
to eat here because it was the first thing we saw after we left our movie.
Our first impression caused us to think that perhaps we were in for an
expensive meal. The pricing was a little above normal, but not horrible
unusual.
The food was delivered nice and hot, but the marinara
sauce wasn't up to what I had hoped it would be. The meal overall was
good. However, as soon as we paid, the bus boy came by and cleared the
nearly full basket of garlic bread from our table without asking if we
were finished -- Which we weren't.
Primo Italian Cuisine is
located at 2950 S. Alma School Rd. in Chandler.
