It's always hard finding good Chinese food. Usually the food is bland, overcooked, undercooked, or even has the wrong texture. It's not always horrible, but sometimes it's just not all that great. And this time is no exception. China Inn, which recently opened near Metro Center Mall, has your normal selection of food, some of which doesn't taste too bad.

When we walked in to this new restaurant, we were greeted by our server who was extremely nice. She was very courteous and helpful as we customized our order. I would have to say that this would be the main redeeming quality.

Out of all the things we ordered, one-third was good, one-third was indifferent, and one-third was bad; so they truly have a variety and cover the entire spectrum. Pricing was inexpensive for creating your own combo.

China Inn is located at 10227 N. Metro Parkway East in Phoenix.
