I guess I expected a little too much from a place simply because of its location. In the Village of Oak Creek, about 10 minutes south of Sedona, lies Pago's Pizzeria with decent-quality crust and marinara sauce that has a store-bought taste. But I give much higher marks to the fresh toppings.

We were lucky, because we arrived between lunch and dinner and therefore had our server's exclusive. His withdrawn personality was counteracted by his quick responsiveness to our beverage needs.

The restaurant has a nice and relaxing atmosphere which we appreciated after a long day of hard work, if there is such thing as "hard work" on a trip to Sedona. For a place to kick back at the end of the day, this is a pleasent place to enjoy a meal for one or many.
