Serrano's

We already know that the mood of dinner at a Mexican restaurant is set by the quality of chips and salsa delivered when you first arrive, right? At Serrano's, this complimentary appetizer is accompanied by perfectly textured and slightly spicy bean dip. They're already on my good side.

The meal was served in just the right amount of time, and piping hot. I was pleased to find the server always around the corner with a drink refill, and they made sure we always had plenty of chips to go around.
