A couple of my friends had been here before, and they highly recommended it. We were out several nights ago, and they dragged me to Golden Gate for some of their favorite Chinese food. I was glad they did; however, I did learn something new, according to our waiter.

As usual, I ask the server if they server Pepsi or Coke. And as usual, they served Coke. So in an attempt to order a root beer, I was told that root beer was a Pepsi product. I wasn't aware that Pepsi purchased the rights to all of the hundreds of root beers all across the world. By the way, Barq's Root Beer is a Coke product.

In spite of this bit of amusing mis-information, the service was fantastic, the food was excellent, the atmosphere was comfortable, and I will be going back.
