Casa Romero (Tempe)

Casa Romero is one of those little tucked-away restaurants with food that
tastes much better than the restaurant looks. The restaurant is a bit
hidden in a shopping center that's not exactly on a major road, but kinda.
Upon entering, seating is quick, and with all Mexican restaurants, complimentary
chips and salsa are promptly delivered.
The menu has many different
selections, along with about two-dozen very fairly priced combo meals.
And the lunch specials, though slightly smaller portions, are priced proportionately.
Careful!
The plates are hot (and it's really true this time). Good luck finishing
the meal. You'll probably think that because the prices are so low that
the portions are as well. This simply isn't true. And you'll be pleasantly
surprised when the check arrives.
The atmosphere isn't decked-out,
but it's okay because this is a nice, quiet place to relax and have a satisfying
meal.
Casa Romero is located at 1000 E. Baseline Rd. in Tempe.
