Fiesta Mexicana, from what I hear, is a rather new restaurant at the time of this writing. I've tried on multiple occasions to go there over the past couple of months, but the parking lot has always been too full. Now I know why.

When first walking in, you'll notice the multitude of decorations and colorful lights placed throughout the interior. The booths are oversized so there is plenty of room. And you're going to need it, because the plates are as large as pizza pans, and you'll likely be interested in taking a siesta after eating all that good food.

It was difficult to choose a single item from the multi-paged menu. And as with most Mexican restaurants, both the food and plates are piping hot. Still, it's hard to resist eating the food in front of you that will inevitably burn your mouth if not given time to cool down.
