Pancho's has been around for quite awhile here in the valley. I remember going there for the first time when I was only about four years old. Maybe I was older -- It's hard to tell exactly when anything before I was 10 happened.

This particular buffet is unique in their service. You only visit the buffet once. "How," you might ask, "is that a buffet?"

Once you're seated, it works like a regular restaurant. A server waits on your table. When you've run out of food or drink, raise the little Mexican flag at your table and your seever arrives. They will bring you whatever is at the buffet, except that payment is not necessary anymore because this still a buffet.

Once you've completed your meal, be sure to leave a generous tip for the wonderful service you've received.
