This restaurant provides an obvious advantage to me -- It's within walking
distance of one place that I work. Located in a strip-mall setting, you
probably wouldn't expect the quality of the food to be what it is.
I
was pleasantly surprised at the arrival of a complimentary appetizer that
I had not seen before. One part was a bread-basket, and the second was
a chopped tomato-based topping that seemed to contain basil, oregano, and
garlic. Using a spoon, you simply scoop a bit of this on to a piece of
bread, and eat it as-is. I'm not particularly a fan of raw tomatoes, but
I couldn't stop eating this one.
The food was delicious, though
the portions were somewhat smaller than average. Service was fast and
friendly, and drinks were refilled frequently. The menu contained mainly
items that seemed to be Italian in nature, but specific to this particular
restaurant.
