P. F. Chang's (Chandler)

by Nick Coons
The individual who owns this chain of restaurants is doing fairly well.
We were there on a Tuesday evening and the place was packed. We had made
reservations, and we able to be seated right away -- I don't know if this
was coincidence, or if the reservations made a real difference. So what's
all the hype about? Ya got me.
I didn't have a bad experience.
The food was decent, and the service was friendly and somewhat "corporate."
But the prices were a bit high. So do higher prices equal crowds of people
flooding through the doors even though the interior is like every other
modern southwestern chain and walls covered up halfway in flagstone? I
guess so.
To top it all off, the portions were small, and the
interior was too noisy to have a real conversation. The food was good,
but not enough to justify the price.
P.F. Chang's is located
at 3255 W. Chandler Blvd. in Chandler.
