One of my favorite menu options at this place, and I don't see it often
enough, is the "build your own pasta" choice. The idea being that you
choose a pasta, a sauce, and a topping; and the pricing is generally fantastic
on these dishes.
I actually had the priveledge of sampling two
different meals while I was there, and both were outstanding. The environment
is clean, and the complimentary bread served with fresh-ground pepper and
olive oil is the way to go.
My first assumption when I walked
through the door, and because of the location, was that this place must
be expensive. On the contrary, the pricing was on par with what I've seen
elsewhere, and the lunch menu is extremely reasonable.
Though
a drive up from the valley may make this restaurant difficult to frequent
for some, at least an occasional visit is recommended.
