Home of 101 omelettes, this place is very popular. The menu was large, and covered in large part by the various omelettes. But there weren't really that many variations.

Looking at the menu reminded me of high-school math with combinations and permutations. The listed omelettes were plain, ham, cheese, ham and cheese, bacon, bacon and cheese, ham and bacon; well, you get the idea. They used as many combinations of as few ingredients as they could. Of course, there are some unique options, like a jelly and banana omelette.

The service was fairly good, and the meal was about what you expect at breakfast. Arrive early for two reasons; 1) Early-bird specials, and 2) There will be a waiting list otherwise.
