To cool down the desert heatwave, you need one great liquid volcanic eruption and a lava flow of fresh, cool fruit and juice.

Ingredients: 3 quarts of Pineapple Juice (chilled) 2 cans of Limeade Concentrate (6 oz. each) 2 quarts of Ginger Ale (chilled) 2 pints Mandarin Orange Sorbet

Mix the pineapple juice and limeade in a punch bowl, and just before serving add ginger ale and scoops of sorbet. Garnish with fresh fruit, strawberries and orange slices being the preferred fruits and serve. Prep time is a mere 10 minutes and will serve up to 50 of your closest beachbum friends.
