moving to Phoenix

Can anyone recommend a safe-clean area or apartment complex near Amberlea Elementary school on 845 W. Virginia Ave.

I've looked at quite a few places on line and they look good until I check the Apartment Ratings.com and read such discouraging things about the places such as bugs and crime.

Also the COVE looked good but had bad ratings. Is this in a bad part of town.

Any replys would be greatly appreciated.

It's one of the lower income areas; so statistically, "bad" tends to follow. To avoid that, you're probably going to either want to go at least five miles north, seven miles east, or 10 miles south.
