I've been thinking about tackling the Flatiron and Sycamore Creek trails in the Superstition Mountains. Always get confused about the best season to go, any advice from fellow hikers? Usually try to avoid the summer heat, but is early fall a decent time or will the monsoon season make it too soggy?
