We live in Louisiana and are looking for a perfect place to live. We need a dry climate and low humidity. Nothing below 30 degrees and average temp around 90. Can you help. If so email at <snip>

That's a question with a very easy answer.. Phoenix or Tucson, or anywhere around there, take your pick :-).
