California's unemployment rate is 6.4%,
that's 0.4% above the national. Arizona's is 5.6%. And Phoenix has been
a booming technology area for years. Our unemployment rate is almost always
lower than the average. If anyone here can remember a time when it was
actually higher, let me know.

would say that this is comparable. I don't know about California, but I
know that here we are expanding the number of freeways at what seems to
be a very quick rate. A light-rail system is also in progress.
