I really want to go camping next week but the only place I can think to go is Flaggstaff. The weather there has been kind of cold lately, so I need to know if there is a better place I could go or if I should just rough it and deal with the cold.

What types of things are you looking for? Personally, I'd avoid camping in that ultra cold weather this time of year.

I don't know where you are, or how far you want to go. If you like the Flagstaff area, then you may want to travel south on 89A for about half an hour into Oak Creek Canyon. When you get closer to Sedona, your elevation will drop suddenly about 2,000 feet and there should be a significant change in the weather. While it'll still be cold, it'll be a bit warmer than Flagstaff.

I like to camp in wooded areas, which unfortunately are all experiencing cold weather this time of year. But if you'd like to try some more desert-type camping spots, there are some available near Apache Junction and others near Lake Havasu. Both have climates very similar to Phoenix.

Thanks you for the tip. I live in Phoenix and I enjoy camping in wooded areas as well. I think I'll look into Oak Creek Canyon.
