That sounds really interesting. I know they
are planning on continuing the 303 south of I-10 and then east to be parallel
to it as a relief freeway for the southwest valley, but I haven't heard
anything about it being converted to an interstate. Is it supposed to
connect elsewhere, like California or Utah, or is it one of those oxymoron
interstates like I-17?

Maybe I should be using the term "freeway" instead? The 303 will
eventually connect up north around the Carefree Highway to I-17.
