Recommendations - Tourist Questions

1 - I'll be in Carefree area. Can anyone recommend (1) a place to rent bikes (I don't want to go mountain biking, just biking in a park) (2) horseback riding?

2 - Can anyone recommend which one of these "Western Theme" places is the best, and WHY: a. Rawhide (

3 - Can someone recommend good family restaurants in the Pheonix area I have kids so I can't go to anywhere fancy or real expensive. I am looking for the best BBQ, Southwestern, Mexican, Italian, etc

I do "a lot" of travelling & take my bicycle w/ me pretty much everywhere I go. I have spent a great deal of time in the Phoenix area. I only recall one visit in Feb. '00 when it cool enough to bicycle.

I live in the Chandler area and plan to bike up to Four Peaks. I've been trying to find an available weekend timewise to make the trip, but haven't had any luck so far.

Hopefully I'll be able to before it starts to warm up. Other than the recent rain, it's kind of the perfect weather for this sort of thing.
