real estate agents?

If anyone is from Flag or Prescott, do you have any recommendations for a certain real estate company or an agent?

My visit is pushed back to early June, because I couldn't get the time off from work in May.

But I want to go "armed" with some type of knowledge, instead of just picking from the yellow pages.

I'm a little nervous about such a big move, but excited as well. I really want to find the place where I can settle down and stay put (hopefully). If worse comes to worse, I'll just rent for a year in order to get to know the town better and the neighborhoods before buying.

I was working on buying a cabin in Prescott and a realtor from by the name of Lisa Osvog from Coldwell Banker was referred to me. Her and I went back and forth via email with me letting her know exactly what I was looking for, and her replying with all available listings as well as her answering questions that I had regarding each property. The transaction didn't complete (I wasn't able to complete the project), so I don't know what the end result would have been, but she was very friendly throughout and I do plan to contact her again when I buy in Prescott in the future.
