My fiance who has some health problems, is somewhat shy but outgoing is very concerned about leaving her family and mine to go to a place neither of us have ever been to try a new job. Any suggestions for social outlets, solidly upper middle class neighborhoods, volunteer organizations, medical facilities etc....
