Have been craving the best chicken scallopini from 5 years ago (!!) at Sanginis Pizza in Wickenberg. Just ran across the note I made of the name from our last RV trip. Wonder if the chef is still there - would love to have the recipe! Tried to replicate it but no luck. It had artichoke hearts and capers in it.
