My husband and I purchased land in Rio Rico (close to or in the Tubac Foothills) and we are planning on moving there in 3 years. I looked at the crime index in Rio Rico from 2003 but my husband is now wondering if it's a high crime area. This really sounds weird since we were both born and raised in Jersey City NJ ...BTW, we love your state and I can't wait til we build.
