Right Of Way

A couple was driving down the streets of Phoenix on a typically hot summer day. While focusing on something else, they had arrived at a four-way intersection and noticed another car was there was well.

"I don't know who arrived first, so who has the right-of-way?" asked the woman.

"The other driver," replied the husband.

"Why is that? I'm on the right," she questioned.

"Because he has his Windows down."
