While spending a day downtown, walking through the streets and awaiting the completion of the construction of my new office, I discovered this Irish pub. The first thing I noticed were the interesting prices. Items had odd prices, but were consistent in not ending in .99 or .95. And there was actually a real reason for this.

Easter Sunday

When I was younger, my mom and I would wake up early Easter morning and go to Sunrise Mass at Holy Spirit Church in Tempe. They had the folding chairs set out on the lawn in front, and coffee and doughnuts were available for the parishioners. There was one year that I remember when they could not set up outside, and Sunrise Mass had to take place indoors -- because of snow.
