The Lava River Cave is located just 8 miles north of Flagstaff, Arizona. To access the cave, take Highway 89 North from Flagstaff and turn left onto Forest Road 588. Follow the road for approximately 1 mile before turning right onto FR 108. The cave entrance will be on your left.
