Diamondback Poppers

Submitted by Kevin "Roadkill" Mitchell. Kevin sold cars for a living in Northern California until he realized that "the big one" was coming any day, so to prepare he moved to Arizona in anticipation of owning some beachfront property in the desert!

Ingredients:
1 Rattlesnake
Flour
Cornmeal
Milk
Eggs
  Diamondback Poppers

Skin the rattlesnake and cut into 3- to 4-inch pieces.

Roll in mixture of flour, cornmeal, milk and egg (use your own judgment as to quantities).

Salt and Pepper the critter and then deep fry in hot oil.

Serve hot to a group of good friend with a six-pack of Lone Star to wash it all down!
