I came out in Oct 97...found a place I think was in Sept. I needed
apt that allowed a 40 lb dog and was either on a busline or in walking
distance to the job. Went to apt locator place and landed a place the
same day. Those apt guidebooks are great, do you have connection to them?
I was in a townhouse w/fenced front yard, lg 1 bedroom, single level, fireplace,
Swan & Grant area, lots of shopping and not far from shopping. I doubt
you will have problems finding a place, lots of "for rents" here. Prices
vary as well as what you get for the money of course. Not sure what side
of town you want to live in. I bought a place in 2000, SE side of town.
